ACS took care of the spouse of a dear friend of mine with such kindness and compassion. They made the family feel like their loved one was as special to them as he was to the family, and that assured the family that their loved one had been well treated while in their care. (ACS) My mom passed away while she was a patient of Hospice at Baptist South and ACS picked her up quickly, yet affording me time before they did. The courtesies extended to me were wonderful. I felt like I was working with family. Jessica’s customer service was top notch, and her kindness was exceptional. Mom’s remains were ready quickly and Jessica gave us an appointment to pick them up the next day. Jessica offered words of comfort and was so easy to talk with. There were no glitches of any type.

A small “mom and pop” cremation company that does absolutely great work. Jessica helped my brother and I with the passing of our mother. They provided great service, were patient, and even expressed words of comfort. Any questions I had, they answered them - whether by phone call or text. I live out of state, and they even mailed me my keepsakes free of charge. Very affordable, trustworthy and reliable. I highly recommend them.
